I am 47 and have just had both ovaries removed. I am in surgical menopause and need help.

I had my ovaries and fallopian tubes removed (Oct. 26, 2011) as a preventative measure against ovarian cancer (I still have my uterus). Ovarian cancer runs in my family.
What are some natural ways to deal with surgical menopause?
If I were to take hormone replacements, what is considered the safest way to do this?

Any related information would be appreciated.
