I have a prolapsed uterus and an extended cervix, which occurred after I had my daughter. My uterus is prolapsed to the point where my cervix, because of its length, actually protrudes from my body. My doctor has talked about surgery, both to repair the uterus or remove it. With the way my uterus is, he feels removal may be my best option. He'd told me that a pregnancy could be dangerous. From the pain I get occasionally, I'm guessing my uterus dropped between my bladder and colon. I would really like to have one more child. Can anyone give me any information to help me out?
