mam,i m feeling constant heaviness and pain in my both breast whole month?my periods are not normal ,i hv only 1 day bleeding during the period,and now i m feeling this problem?i dont hv any lump or discharge from nipples.plz consult me wht to do?is it the symptom of breast cancer????

plz guide me i m very worried.
