I have recently been in and out of hospital since August 2011, I had an ablation preformed on my uterus aug 11, 2011, I ended up with Uterus infection, blood infection, and ecoli and was treated. In November I ended back in hospital with an absess that was drained with over 1/2 cup of puss, which was later confirmed containing ecoli. The beginning of December I went back to hospital, the absess was still present. Partial colonoscopy and laprascopy done with another drain of the remaining absess that had chambers and a cyst on my ovary left side.
I am wondering if the ablation could have hardened my reproductive system? If the infection is not gone I know a full out hystorecomy is my final option? If the infection has gone, how will a fused reproductive system attached to the bowel affect me long term?
I'm hoping someone might know something about this.
