Endometriosis and a more natural route

Is there a diet or anything anyone has tried to help ease the pain of endo? I was on bc for 6 years and I got to the point where I felt like my body just didn't want to take the pill anymore. My spouse and I also decided we would just see what happened but I don't want to go back to the pill.

Any advice?
