I had been experiencing shortness of breath, so i went to have a pulmonary test and the results were positive. However, the tech did state there are certain triggers that causes one as an adult to get onset asthma. Still experiencing this especially when i walk long distance. had a stress test, was short of breath and rested. My blood pressure dropped because i felt dizzy. Later i was better. Now I am experiencing increase heart rate when i do a little around the apartment and have to rest. Which my blood pressure went up to 148/89 pulse 108, Pulse rate down now but blood pressure is 137/89. Not bad but the norm is 116/62. I rather talk to a female doctor because my experience is that male doctors like to say it is stress. If you live long enough, you will be under stress thats the norm. Doctors are still trying to find out what it is. What do you think. I have been to the ER, the clinic and they cannot figure it out yet. What i know is that i need to take it slow because too much activity exhaust me.
