My appetite is inhuman. Proof: As I am typing this, my stomach in grumbling again though I have just eaten an orange about 30 minutes ago. And I don't mean the I-wanna-gobble-that-chocolate-cake craving, I mean the I-wanna-eat-almost-literally-anything craving. Yes, I do regularly exercise (I workout for about 50 minutes a night, plus some brisk walking throughout the day on weekdays, add an hour of jogging on weekends). Yes, I am sixteen. But really? I'm hungry this often? Why? I used to eat like 2500 empty calories a day, back on my wild days when I was an overweight computer-obsessed drag, but now I eat a reasonable 1500-2000 calories of fruits, vegetables, protein and, I have to admit it, some white bread and rice (I know, I know, but that's just 1 cup of rice and three slices of bread a day). For my height (154 cm) and weight (108 pounds) this should be enough. But somehow, it is not.
What do I do? If I eat more, I will gain weight. I can't just mindlessly snack on even fish or fruits or veggies (all of which now earn a gasp of delight from me every time they make an appearance in our school cafeteria). I mean, they still DO add up. Please help me resolve this.
