hi, i have had now 3 episodes of vulvar/vestibule pain provoked by sexual activity and vibrator use. i am negative for yeast, bacteria and HSV2. my episodes of pain last 2-4 weeks and the pain is burning type pain. i once rode a bike 6 yrs ago after a lady was on it and the seat was warm/moist...i was on it about 15 mins but then 1 wk later i break out with bumps on the back of both thighs and have pain so severe i am unable to sit etc for a week. the bumps were not pus-filled and looked herpetic. i have had one child and had a 3rd degree episiotomy. I also ride bikes a lot.
i enjoy sex and want a full sex life; i am in my early 40s could my pain be related to menopausal changes in my vagina? could i have a form of herpes where I have no lesions and be HSV2 negative? can you develop pain from too much sex? (4-5X/week)
please help!
