i m suffering from a low grade fever and fatigue since last 10 months. the only other symptom i have is weight loss of 3 kgs...n no matter how much i eat i cant gain it back.now its 44 kg,used to be 47.i dont have any joint pain.i hav been admitted for a couple of weeks,been given multiple antibiotics,have been investigated throughly incl. a CT scan abdomen N a Brain MRI to rule out lymphoma.the only test which has come positive in all my blood workup is ANA. sometimes its positive ,sometimes it becomes negative.the other antibody tests for SLE came negative.i hav seen 5 different doctors for my problem but nobody has been able to diagnose me yet.they prescribed me steroids but i didnt take them fearing their complications.i just want to know which autoimmune condition i have.
