Could someone get pregnant from ejaculation that was washed of her hands?

My friend told me that her and her boyfriend were in the shower and he was fingering her and she was giving him a hand job. He came in her hand. She washed her hands after, but then touched herself after it was washed off her hands. Could she get pregnant from that?
