Palm, tight, knee , if touch, I feel itch, can't stand. Am I normal? Do I need something?

I am 26. Single. From the age 10, hand, palm, tight, knee and lower knee , if touch, I feel itch and wanna laugh, can't stand. Because of this, now I afraid to marry, afraid to sex. If my boyfriend touch that parts, I know, I can't stand. Am I normal?
Do I need to do something?
How should I do? Please give me advice.
