I have seen many people writing with a similar complaint but I just need some help.
Around two months ago I started to do some work outs as I am changing my lifestyle and losing weight. Last week I told a long fast walk with the only shoes I could find (a lot of my stuff is in my old family home). The morning after the walk I was woken with a pain emulating from my left foot. It was like a throbbing ache and when I went to walk on it, It hurt so much but I put a support bandage on and rested it for the day. When I went to bed I took the bandage off but I could not stop it hurting to sleep until I replaced the support bandage. Two days later I still have the pain, it doesn't matter if I am walking or sitting I have a form of pain in my foot. When I sit it is a throbbing consistent pain that can get worse depending how I rest my foot. When I walk on it, the pain gets sharper. I find if I try to move my toes up it sends a pain through my toes, if I touch the bottom of my foot it hurts and the top is swollen but not hot. I am beginning to think it is a form of stress fracture but my doctors surgery will not open until Tuesday (where I live) and I cannot afford a trip to the hospital. Is there anyone that can give me any help on how I could stop it from hurting? I have tried R.I.C.E and emoflam gel, deep heat cream for muscles but nothing really works.
