I have very irregular cramping 2-3 days after having sex, I missed my pills two days and took one very late the third day, could i be pregnant or is it PMS?

I missed my pills Thursday, Friday and didn't take a bc pill until late Saturday. Had unprotected sex friday through sunday. today is monday, I am due for my period in 3 days but have never had cramping like this before. Could i be pregnant?
