Hi, I have a big problem which I'm dealing with and I really need to know more about this. More than a week ago I was having really bad pain beside the left side of my stomach all the way to my lower left back and my upper thigh. I've been having pain and symptoms of ovarian cyst. I went to my gynecologist few days ago and she ordered a transvaginal ultrasound which I'm having it done this Tuesday. The pain I was in was really horrible and by touch my stomach was feeling very, very hot by touch and I felt like there was something in my stomach until I realized it's ovarian c yst. I was taking prescription motrin almost everyday but it took lots of time until I felt better but not all the way. Right now I feel sharp pain in my stomach, I have no appetite ever since, and I feel nausea in my stomach. Very randomly I felt better in someway throughout the day few days ago and seemed like the cyst burst. I'm not bleeding or anything but I still have lots of pain but random sharp pain in my stomach and I have no appetite and have lots of nausea. I'm afraid I'm infected or something and no one tells me anything.
I heard something that these symptoms I have are symptoms of appendicitis. I also heard something that you might not get your period because of this. I want to know is such thing true? I'm supposed to get my period in about two weeks anyway. Such symptoms without bleeding what could it mean? I'm afraid it killed my appetite and I also have hypoglycemia I can't tell if I'm hungry or not. What more you think I should do? Since I'm not feeling as bad as before and this transvaginal ultrasound would it still show what is the problem? Does it show burst cysts? Since I have symptoms of appendicitis what do you think I should do? I really do appreciate your response in all this.
