soar breasts before period /a few small veins is this normal?

So today i noticed my breasts are soar(mostly my right breast) and my period should be due soon maybe in a week or so ..but also i noticed small veins near my nipples(maybe 2 small ones on each breast) and i can't remember if they were there before..im very worried.. is this normal?
