If uncomfortable menopause signs are adversely impacting your life, you always want to do something to make yourself feel better.
Menopause signs such as hot flashes, occasional sleeplessness, night sweats and mild mood swings are a result of shifting estrogen and progesterone levels.
Lifestyle changes may be beneficial for women with menopause, such as a healthy balanced diet, and plenty of exercise.
Good nutrition can help women during menopause. Increasing exercise is the simplest, most effective way to provide the support you need for your menopausal health.
Dietary supplements can also be an option. Supplements like Black Cohosh are commonly used to help with night sweats, and Melatonin can support rest and relaxation.*
Soy supplements may also help with night sweats, hot flashes, mild mood changes and occasional sleeplessness.*
Always discuss your supplement use with your doctor if you are taking any medications or have any medical conditions. Some may have adverse reactions when combined with certain medications.
Don’t ignore your menopausal signs, especially if they are disrupting your life. There are plenty of alternatives out there so you can live your pre- and post-menopausal years to the fullest!
