Endometriosis is one of those hidden conditions. No-one can see it and it is hard to describe the pain to others. It is not like an open wound, gushing and flaring up. It is not obvious and so many women with Endometriosis somehow learn to suffer in silence or they simply believe that living like this, is their only option. I did it too! For many years and it completely controlled my life. Everything from my work, to my relationships was all controlled by Endometriosis and the possible pain I might experience by too much stress or pain during sex or the irrational hormones that come with the condition.
I was trapped like that for years and I am sure many women experience this feeling with Endometriosis.
I want to share how I got free! Free from Endometriosis and how it no longer controls my life.
It was after my last operation, that my body just told me, it couldn't do it anymore. I had experienced 7 operations and countless hormonal treatments and my body was just aching. It was tired all the time and there was no desire to do anything.
Something had to change and I needed to find an alternative. That alternative began as my new journey, my new path. I opted to treat my body with natural methods. First, I visited a Naturopath who gave me a good cleanse to follow. This helped my digestion, which I was surprised at how much that influenced my pain levels with Endometriosis. I started to change my diet and first cut out sugars, then dairy and meat and finally Gluten. Gluten was the one that gave me the most dramatic results. I lost an entire dress-size in 3months and no longer had a bloated swollen tummy.
I have since researched and shared my journey with 1000's of women and aim to help them feel as good as I do!

Endometriosis doesn't need to be a life sentence. It doesn't even need to feature as a consideration anymore. You can do everything you ever wanted and more! It all comes back to what you put in.
