It’s now been over 3 years since I’ve been gluten free and I couldn’t be happier with my diet! After facing stomach issues and digestion problems for the majority of my life, I knew it was time to make a dietary change. I knew I didn't have celiac disease, however gluten sensitivity is fairly common even though it's pretty hard to diagnose. When I tell people that I don't eat bread or pasta (or at least not your standard ones), they wonder how it's possible for me to ever go out to eat. But it's a small price to pay to feel better to feel less bloated.
