For almost 3 years now I have been experiencing itchiness around the vulva area. It hurts when I have sex and also bleeds a little, the last time I had sex I got a small tear below my vaginal entrance that has yet to completely heal after 3 weeks. Also the last time I wore a pad I got a rash and my skin is red where I wear my underwear (if that makes sense). My perineum also has a slightly whitish tint to it, it's super dry and there are cracks on it too which bleed. My labia minora is where it hurts the most during sex especially, and it is always really red. My buttocks crease is also red as well. I am wondering whether this could be psoriasis as I have it (mild) on my scalp. The doctor looked at it a couple months ago and said it looked like it could be psoriasis and did STD/bacterial/yeast tests which all came back negative. She gave me tremovate cream which really helped with the itching but i stopped using it as it's not supposed to be used permanently. I'm going back to see her again next week but was just wondering if I could have some help now as this is really bothering me.
