I have irregular periods , sometimes no periods for two months . I didn't have a period for February but then i had one the ending of March on the 31st.

I had unprotected sex about the 20th Of April , could i be pregnant ? am not sure how ovulation would work since my period just comes when it wants to. I dont see a set pattern. My belly has been growling and making noises lately, is that a symptom of pregnancy ? i Havent vomited or experienced tender breasts.
