I have a vaginal fissure that goes from the opening of my vagina down towards my anus which I found today and is only sore when urine goes over it or I wipe it. Later today I also found 2 small (maybe 2mm diameter) yellow pus bumps that arnt painful. Im unsure what it is and cant get checked until after the weekend. Any ideas?
