I had a clicking in my left part of my head while walking sometimes, about 3 years ago. I had a MRI and itwas not a tumor. It might of been just something with my jaw or tmj because when I held my jaw shut together, the clicking sounds would stop. I recently just realized that when I cough I feel a slight pain for about a second in my left side of my head or near forehead. I've read some stuff online saying that it can be a tumor is this true. It only hurts for a second that I cough and I'm not sure how long it's been going on. I just noticed it today. I have no other symptoms. It just hurts for that second.
