For years now I've been wearing a 36B bra. When I measured myself tonight I had a 36" band size but the reading around my breasts (no bra) is a 41". I am so confused. Does this mean I'm a 36D? They don't seem that large. I have gained a lot of weight also. I just thought I had normal overflow.
What made me measure is the appearance that my nipples point outwards and down. I feel like I have utters! Could this be from wearing push up bras for so long? Can I retrain them?
