Hi, I am a 19 year old female, and I recently made the mistake (I know, how could I go through with any type of exposure without using a condom?!) of having unprotected sexual contact with my boyfriend two days ago. He is only my second partner, and I have never had unprotected sexual exposure before. Penetration occurred for less than 30 seconds, maybe only 10-15 at most, and he was only halfway in, if that. He had not ejaculated prior to penetration (or at all that day for that matter), and had wiped himself of any possible pre-ejaculation fluid. He did NOT ejaculate inside me either. He has had unprotected sexual contact before about 3 years ago, and has never been tested for STDs. However, he says he has never noticed any symptoms, and therefore never got tested. (And I know that no symptoms does not mean one is STD/STI free). I usually have a long menstrual cycle, about 30-35 days, or can be pretty irregular and it had been 12 days since the first day of my July (this month) period when penetration occurred. Based on my knowledge of my own body and my familiarity with my vaginal fluid during ovulation, I do not believe I was ovulating at the time of penetration. In fact, I do not think I will ovulate for another week or so. So, based on this information, I have two questions. First, do you think I should be worried about pregnancy? And two, how concerned should I be about STDs/STIs?
