Please i need some help.
I am 23 years old and I am trying to loose weight..
2 years back.. I followed a diet plan and i lost around 10 kgs in a period of 10 months ... it was not a serious thing and I was not in a hurry, my diet was not very harsh and very little amount of exercise.
Now, i want to loose another 10 kgs and i am very serious and determined... i started one month ago exercising 6 days a week.. 1 hr 30 mins per day... i walk for an hour (6.3 kms) and do some cycling and abs workouts for 30 mins (when counted the burned calories they were around 400 to 450 ). Now the diet... am following a healthy one... little amounts of food, low fat milk, low fat cheese, brown bread, grilled chicken, sweet & low (no sugar), no soft drinks, no junk or fast food, no cakes or donuts... however but very rarely i eat something with some extra calories... (very rare, maybe once a week like a fried cheese pastry or 10 pieces of french fries).... not to take too long, in one month I lost only 2 kgs!! actually my weight is unstable, i lost between 2 and 3 kgs!! why its that slow... is it normal? are there other people similar to me? will i get results but maybe after 2 or 3 months? or do i have a health issue in my metabolism rate..
pls suggest . what should i do.... not loosing kgs is discouraging me! :( however, i feel my body shape changed a bit to the better or maybe i lost inches....
