I'm 27 weeks pregnant and I was recently diagnosed with cervical spondylosis and thoracolumbar scoliosis. Both in mild conditions, I just need your advise whether to choose vaginal delivery or C-section?

I have frequent episodes of low back pain that are quite intolerable. Pain also worsens at night especially when turning side to side, I can barely get up without help.
