I made a lifestyle change about 2 years ago and removed dairy and the majority of sugar from my diet. I have not gone vegetarian fully but many of my meals are meat free. I also had a bad motorcycle accident and lost even more weight after that, guessing it was muscle weight, but have maintained the 50lb weightloss with a fluctuation of 3-5 lbs here and there. I had a blood test to indicate that my estrogen levels are dropping and have noticed loss of muscle mass, lack of concentration, emotional ups and downs, and overall icky feeling. A friend who also had a hysterectomy received hormone pellets therapy and all of a sudden her body was transformed. Better muscle definition, some weightloss and a mind clarity that surprised her. She did have her ovaries removed though. I would like to regain my muscle tone and all the other good things, Exercise is a definite part of my lifestyle,, walking for cardio(intense walks brisk pace with my dog), weights and riding a stationary bike(using alternate easy riding with sprints). What kind of hormone replacement pellet therapy might be beneficial for someone like me? Thank you .
