What can I do with a osteopenia after ovariectomy and complete hysterectomy in the young age?

I'm 32 y.o. I've cr. ovary 1 st. I was made total ovariectomy and complete hysterectomy. My age of the surgical menopause is 2 years. I've problems with a Ca in my blood - 1,7 (normal from 2,1), but calcium in urine 3,9 (normal 2,5-7,5).
Now I've strong caries, pain in my bones and my result of densitometry is http://images.vfl.ru/ii/1388336972/d06a1011/3864181.jpg
I'm waiting for any advice!
