Could I be pregnant? Missed birth control pill after 5 days of unprotected sex

My boyfriend and I have unprotected sex on a Tuesday, the following Sunday I forgot to take my pill but took it early Monday in the morning, then on Monday night I took the pill 3 hours late. Is there any chance I could be pregnant, and I'm having brown discharge. How long should I wait to have sex again?
