Today I experienced weird pain on the right side of vaginal area thats closer to my pelvic what could be the possible explanations?

Recently went to the gyno as was told I had a gland hanging out of my vagina last Wednesday the 16th of July . The pain I experienced today was a 10. And also caused me to faint. I took an ibuprofen the pain has decreased but hurts wheneve pressure is added to it.
