does klion-D vaginal tables delay your period and if you miss a night can you take it the next night?

hi i am taking klion-D vaginal tablet, i missed the night i was suppose to take the 9th tablet can i still take it the next night?. Also i on birth control i finish my pack a my period was suppose to come today but it didn't is that cause by the klion-D vaginal tablets? i didn't had sex so i'm not pregnant
