if a guy penis slightly touch the outside of a girl vagina for about 2 to 4 seconds and she had body fluids as in she was wet down there can she get hiv or any other std??? and can it show up in a test after 2 weeks since......if a guy put on a condom wrong but switch it around before having sex can a girl get hiv or std like that as well?????
