This recently started just approximately month ago when it started show up as my cuticle created newer fingernail sheet, until it finally filled the whole surface.
There is a lot of clusters of dents and they look like line streaks that kind of form like a horizontal ) with the curved side facing towards the tip of my finger, but they're not across the whole fingernail just little groups dents that form into it in many streaks on the fingernail.
It's ugliness causes me concerns.
I also read in other places i found on the internet that it could be associated with nutritional or vitamin deficiency and psoriasis.
What nutrients should I load my body with? What vitamins should I take also? right now, I take vitamin C supplements. I'm sure there are more i should load my body up with to help grow healthy beautiful fingernails.
As for psoriasis, If I have it, how do i make it disappear?! I know it is a genetic thing and there is no particular cure but treatments.
If this is the case, what can I do as prevention to avoid the growth of these clusters of dents in the rest of my fingernails? Or, general prevention for this?
