I am a 22 years old unmarried girl. My weight is 61 kg (134 lbs)and my height is 5 ft. 5 inches. I used to exercise and go to the gym regularly. But I am not losing weight. it moves around 60 and 61 kg. I am not on a die. I just eat fruits in the afternoon and meals at night. Please help me. I want to reduce my weight to 55 kg (121 lbs)
