Hi, I'm 17 and I normally have heavy periods, and my last period finished on 9th November, I've had my contraceptive implant out today because it expired, but I had unprotected sex with my husband two days before, and I have started bleeding again, but it isn't a period, it's a lighter colour, but I'm getting cramps too. I've read a few things about hormone imbalances and STI's but I've taken tests and they've all come back negative, and most of the things I've read are talking about 'light bleeding' or 'spotting' but this is just as heavy as my normally periods. Can someone please help me get a rough idea about what is going on with me please?
