Hi, my breast gets swollen and painful from my back.

I went to the hospital last year, the doctor sent me to the xray and they didnt see anything and said i dont have anything to do with breast cancer.
he said my vessels are blocked so that causes my blood not to flow cause its blocked.
he said I should buy evening primse, and i did and helped me alot.
right now it has started again and i'm breastfeed.
HELP PLEASE
