so I had a full hystorectomy with endmitroses,fibroids and tummers .so now my stomic hangs and fat . I used to weight 148 for ever untill all of this my mom side are all very big and carry there weight up front an extra 300 lbs I have tryed very hard not to get to be a large woman . I work out everyday and eat fruit ,veggies chicken i make lots of soups so i really dont know what to do i weigh 175 for 3 years now I really need help thanks Julie Torres
