For the past week, I've had a throbbing pain and dull ache in my upper chest to the left, heading to my under arm (around pec minor) and now my bicep has started throbbing a little too, however I do get the odd throb anywhere in my breast also. Naturally, being the hypochondriac that I am, first thing I do is google and think that I could have breast cancer.
I am a body builder so it is possible that I've injured my pec, however at the same time this feels a little unusual and I'm very scared.
I went to the doctor who did a physical examination and said there's absolutely no lumps or swelling, there's no change in colour or texture to the skin. I'm also only 19 so the chances of breast cancer are highly unlikely.
I've had this for about a week now as mentioned before and I'm starting to get incredibly anxious and worried, because I have no idea what else this could be and I really don't want to die.
