Can I be confident that using the Pill and Condom each time I am 100% protected?

I am in a point in my life between graduate/ professional schools and cannot have an unplanned pregnancy but have been with my boyfriend of 6 years.

If I am on the pill (trinessa) and we use condoms is there anything else I can do to prevent pregnancy? Thanks so much! Just trying to be as cautious as I can.
