Hello,
I'm 37, and have a fairly regular cycle...every few months it might shift by a day or two, but then hold steady again for months. I don't have any history of cramping around ovulation, but this month I got cramps starting a day or two before when I "should have" ovulated. (I know ovulation can shift around a bit) I'm now seven days into this cramping, and I'm not sure what to make of it. It's mostly on the left side, low inside by my hip, but I've gotten twinges on the right and in the center as well. No constipation, pain during urination, fever, etc. The pain is mostly like a dull period cramp, combined with a heaviness/fullness, and periodic pinching or shooting pains (these are not debilitating at all). Should I be concerned, or is this a normal thing that just hasn't happened to me before? Also, we're not trying to conceive but did have unprotected sex five or six days prior to this starting. Thanks so much!
