im taking clomid to get prego. this is my 2nd time second dosage.....

I'm taking 100mlg ... How long does it take before pregnancy actually work.. My period is tomorrow and I tested today and it was a negative m.. My progesterone was a 67.8 last week... Is there other medication I should be allowed to take with clomid for fast action!!!? Pregnancy...
