So uh, Im 18 and I got the mirena birth control. Right off the bat I'm going to be honest of course I did research but not as much as I should have, I went to my doctor and she would only say good things about the mirena. So I went for it not knowing I would have a low sex drive, be moody and have scary cramps. The sex drive is the thing I hate the most, I have been with my boyfriend for over a year now I have had the iud for 10 months maybe more I have lost track haha but i have no sex drive and he is so supportive about it and does not bug as much as most guys would but it breaks my heart to even go through this sex problem. The other thing I didn't know was thAt this birth control is for older women ! That have had kids ! I'm only 18 should I get it taken out ? I went through so much pain telling my self it would be worth it. When it's not even for younger women ! I need advice on what to do
