Hello there. So for the past two days I had a change in my bowel movements. Yesterday, each time I produced a bowel movement it was a case of diarrhea (2-3x) and there was some pain and discomfort prior. The pain would probably show up about 15-30 min before I had to go. The same thing happened today but now I'm noticing and feeling pain around my kidney area and it feels like it's shooting to other areas of my body. My upper body feels tender and any clothing just feels too tight. I am bloated and probably constipated. I I would say the pain is mild, it's causing discomfort and is unusual for me. The pain is more similar to cramping, dull and achy. These are the only symptoms. I was wondering if you could give me suggestions on how to handle this without adding to my medical bills? The cramping near the kidney area becomes more consistent and noticeable when I'm lying down.
