Pregnancy, thyroid problem or something else?

I Have my tubes tide. Haven't had a period or even spotting for 6 weeks and 5 days. Negative home pregnancy test. Headaches. A little cramping. Could it be tubal pregnancy or pregnancy in general still or something entirely different?
