ASCUS, High Risk HPV RNA detected Abnormal 18 yrs after hysterectomy?

I had a trans vaginal hysterectomy in 1997 due to fibroids and dysplasia, pap smears every 3 years after all clear. Haven't had a PAP in 4 yrs, had one 2weeks ago and came out with the above results. 18 yrs. Of clear and now Abnormal PAP with HR HPV? I am 50 and headed for colposcopy and biopsy next week, should I be worried?
