I have been smoke free for 9 months after a smoking a pack or more a day for 33 years. I have no medical issue except for some degenerative processes in my back exacerbated by a fall I had the day I quit smoking. I had P.T for 3 months and I continue these exercises with brisk daily walks. That pain really doesn't match the sciatica profile as it doesn't shoot down 1 side. I'm a 48 y/o woman with a sedentary desk job.
I have intermittent needle like pains in my limbs at night when I try and fall asleep and it keeps me awake. Could this be my circulation improving ? My O2 saturation is surprisingly at a 100%. I'm wondering if anyone else has experienced this. I've heard about tingling fingers.
