I had my fusion in March. I haven't had much pain only once in awhile on the outer side of my ankle. My fusion is on my left foot. My outer side of my foot feels like pins and needles and my ankle is stiff. I move my foot up and down about every half hour. I want to know if all this is normal and will it go away? My doctor keeps telling to be patient. I have anxiety because of this. I get about 3 to 4 hours of sleep. Don't know what to do.
