Hello all...I am in my 40's now an for more than 5 years have been getting pain in legs but over last year gone has now worsened and am getting daily pain in right side cartilage which is now roughly twice "normal" widening and getting regular burn, tingling or sharp alone or all at once in calve and feet on right side. My left side recently, bout 3-6 weeks is now doing it also in cartilage. I also have tingling and constant numb like in right pinkie finger for bout 15 weeks and regularly on index finger, including both wrists, both forearms and and recently my left pinkie finger is similar to my other. I am having difficulty on certain times writing/typing or drawing with right side. I also get pain in upper shoulders and chest tightening as well ribs. Headaches, sometimes extreme for long hours with cold, sharp burn pain or thunder headaches and also round edge ears, brain stem and back surrounding head. What is the likely cause and best possible outcome for, including dietary fiber...
