Period was 11 days late and different last month, now late again,

My period was due August 18,2015 I started spotting barely on the 27-28 just when I wiped. Then August 29 it got heavier, but only lasted 3 days, I usually have my period 6-7 days. My periods are normally 29-30 days. So I should have got my period on September 27,2015, but it hasn't started. Should I be concerned?
