Delayed period

I had my last period on September 9 (1st day of period). I am supposed to take birth control pills on September 12 but I stopped. Im supposed to have my period on October 7 but i still dont have my period until now, 9 days delayed. I had sex in between October 5 to 12. Am i pregnant?
